About My Practice: I’ve always been interested in holistic wellness practices and the importance of self-care. Our choices we make every day directly impact our health and well being. Maintaining health requires a consistent balance. We must “heal faster than we injure” . When this balance is disturbed our health begins to suffer. Some variables are out of our control such as air and water pollution and agrochemical food production. Stress management, sleep habits, daily exercise and nutrition are all areas we can work on to improve our health. This is where my passion lies. The last eight years I have been committed to pursuing wellness practices.

About me: I have been practicing massage therapy for the last 8 yrs. part time . May 2021 I retired from nursing after 35 yrs. The majority of that time I worked in the hospital setting in the area of orthopedics and physical rehabilitation. I recently moved from NJ to San Diego when my daughter started studying at SDSU. When I’m not working I enjoy gardening, cooking, nature walks and Qi Gong.

About My Practice: I’ve always been interested in holistic healing and through bodywork I found my calling. Through my own personal injuries and general discomfort from the work I was doing at the time I found how beneficial a massage can be and how my quality of life changed. I thrive when I can relieve aches and pains, help heal injuries and relax the mind. Every body is different and I adjust my sessions to fit your body’s individual needs giving you a personalized treatment every time. I will let tight muscles and tissue release by starting slow and will gradually apply deeper pressure getting the body’s “permission“ if you will. My hope is you can leave feeling like your best self!

About me: I grew up in Germany and have family both here and there and used to spend my summers in Long Beach with my grandparents until in 2015 I decided to move and in doing so connected to some distant family members who happened to be body workers and thus my interest in healing with my hands came to be! When I’m not working I like to cuddle my fat cat, do yoga, hike, explore new places and eat lots of good food.

I have also completed my applied clinical nutritionist certification because I feel it is important to pair chiropractic adjustments with nutritional support. About me: I grew up in Southern Indiana, and moved to Chicago to play tennis during undergrad. Chicago was my home for 8 years and you can find me cheering on the Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears, and Bulls depending on the season. In my free time I love to play guitar or tennis, try out new breweries and coffee shops, hit up a spin or yoga class, watch sports, read on the beach, and explore beautiful San Diego with my partner.

About me: I went to the University of Alabama for my Bachelors in Exercise Science and have a slight obsession with Alabama football so “Roll Tide” is a part of my vocabulary!  I’m  a beach bum at heart and will be in the sun any chance I get. After being a competitive gymnast for 14 years, living an active lifestyle is a huge part of my life so Olympic Lifting and Crossfit  have kept me fit and healthy for the past 7 years.

About My Practice: I like to see each patient as a puzzle, because I enjoy working with them to piece together their cause(s) of discomfort and then being able to look at the whole picture to create a tailored treatment plan for them both inside and outside of the office. My goal is to provide the best possible care to my patients by using a holistic approach to get to the root of the issue(s) for them. While each patient will have a different reason for coming in, I truly believe that everyone can benefit from chiropractic work and look forward to providing that to the San Diego community.

About me: A born and bred Southern Californian, I graduated from CSU Long Beach with a degree in Kinesiology. After four hectic years of being a student athlete there (pole vaulting) and just under four years of graduate school, I am enjoying more of the slow life now. I love growing food (gardener), fishkeeping (aquarist), and playing fetch with our enthusiastic pooch (half German Shepherd, half Labrador Retriever), LunaBear, at the dog park.

I fix misalignments of the spinal vertebrae that impinge on the spinal nerves, which allows the body to restore back to health and reach its full potential.

About me: I graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 2017 and moved to San Diego in 2019. I found my passion helping people bring their health back to normal. When I am not practicing in the office I find exciting ways to stay active, including bike riding, hiking and surfing. I feel so blessed to live here in San Diego, being able to relax in the mountains or down at the beach.

About My Practice: As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, I have training in sports medicine teaching athletes to use their body in a way that lowers the risk of injury and increases their performance. I’m also a former massage therapist, so I like to focus on treating not only the joints but working on the muscles that are causing functional decreases. My goal is to get my patients back to doing the activities they love to do. I teach patients simple stretching protocols and stabilization exercises to prevent future injuries.

About Me: I am San Diego born and raised. I’m a huge Padres fan and a reluctant Chargers fan. In my free time, I like floating in my pool, cooking, catching up with friends, and FaceTiming with my adorable nephew.

About My Practice: My practice is heavily influenced by my own experiences. I had 2 hip replacements by age 22. After years of compensation and continued limitation I started chiropractic care as a patient. Totally changed my life in 6 months and I decided to make it a career out if it.

A standard session with me utilizes adjusting, muscle work and/or stretching, and probably some dry humor. Specialties in hip issues and joint rehab & TMJ. I enjoy working w/ runners, cross-fitters, & weekend warriors. Also a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist and enjoy working w/ concussion and chronic pain.

Visits in his office are generally more comprehensive than with most other physicians, and he always gives patients the time they need to get a complete adjustment, soft tissue therapy, and training on how to correct posture and poor movement habits.

About Me: I’m a huge baseball fan, and happiest when spending the afternoon at a Padres game. I’m a native Californian and SDSU grad. I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

About My Practice: I was attracted to massage therapy and different forms of holistic healing for several years before I pursued my certification. I love to help clients reach a deep state of relaxation and meditation while relieving physical tension and pain during my treatments.
