About My Practice: I help people experience their best lives through bodywork. Life is often so hectic that self-care is crucial for physical and mental balance. Many times we are confused about the origins of our pain. Through massage you can gain insight into the true reasons of problems. I offer custom massages to meet individual preferences and needs. I am passionate about assisting my clients in eliminating their chronic pain.
About me: II grew up in New York. In my free time I enjoy going on adventures with my dogs, yoga, traveling, and soaking up the SoCal sun.

About My Practice: I’ve always been interested in holistic wellness practices and the importance of self-care. Our choices we make every day directly impact our health and well being. Maintaining health requires a consistent balance. We must “heal faster than we injure” . When this balance is disturbed our health begins to suffer. Some variables are out of our control such as air and water pollution and agrochemical food production. Stress management, sleep habits, daily exercise and nutrition are all areas we can work on to improve our health. This is where my passion lies. The last eight years I have been committed to pursuing wellness practices.
About me: I have been practicing massage therapy for the last 8 yrs. part time . May 2021 I retired from nursing after 35 yrs. The majority of that time I worked in the hospital setting in the area of orthopedics and physical rehabilitation. I recently moved from NJ to San Diego when my daughter started studying at SDSU. When I’m not working I enjoy gardening, cooking, nature walks and Qi Gong.

Techniques I Use: Diversified adjusting, drop table adjusting, instrument adjusting, extremity adjusting, myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, corrective exercises
About My Practice: My approach to chiropractic is to look at the body as a whole. I find it important to not only address the joints within the body, but also the muscles and tissues surrounding those joints. Along with spinal adjustments, I also adjust extremities when necessary. In addition to adjustments and soft tissue work, I want you to be in control of your own health. This is why I believe it is essential to educate and provide corrective exercises to reduce the risk of re-injury.
About me: I’m originally from the Midwest but I came to California for chiropractic school and ended up loving it out here. I like spending my free time hiking with my dog Brutus, being on the beach, playing sports, and spending time with friends. I love animals and am currently pursuing a certification in animal chiropractic.
